Q: My computer is running really slow & takes forever to load up programs can you help me to get it running faster?

A: Yes we are able to analyse what programs are running on your computer & do a basic cleanup of your computer

Q: I have Microsoft Office installed on my computer and would like to know how to use it properly, can you help?

A: With over 20 Years experience in Administration & utilising all aspects of Microsoft Office we are able to assist with one-on-one training.

Q: When providing training, do you provide training material to leave with me for reference later on?

A: All training provided comes with all relevant training material with easy to read step by step instructions.

Q: I am after a new computer but not too sure what I need, are you able to help me decide on the right computer for all my needs?

A: Yes, we custom build all computers according to our Customers requirements. We firstly discuss what sorts of things the computer will be used for, how much you wish to spend and what software applications you require.

Q: How long before my computer will be ready after initial consultation? 

A: Once it has been confirmed that all parts are in stock & quote will be either emailed or delivered for your approval. Once quote has been accepted it will usually take approximately one week from that date.

Q: We have a number of computers in our house/office & wish to connect them all up to the same internet connection. Are you able to help us connect them?

A: Yes whether you wish to connect them up via ethernet (network cable) or wireless (no cables running all over the house) we can assist with all your needs including network security.

Q: We are looking at purchasing a new laptop & not too sure of our specific needs are you able to advise us on what would be practical for our needs & budget.

A: At Eezy Peezy Computers we will come out to your home & discuss all of your requirements, what you will be using it for, what sort of a budget you have & once established of your requirements we charge a small consultation fee to do all the running around for you & purchase your new laptop.
